How can we help?
Since 2011 Erich has provided psychotherapy to individuals, young adults, couples and groups. He runs a private practice from two clinic centres, and is currently based at the Iveagh Practice, Wexford Street and Dundrum. He also provides online psychotherapy (over Zoom).
"My core training is in Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy. This training places each person’s needs and their resourcefulness at the heart of the therapeutic relationship. Through clinical practice, continuing professional development and postgraduate training I have gained specific experience in the following areas:
Anxiety (anxious thinking, intrusive thoughts, OCD tendencies and compulsion), bereavement, loss and grieving, LGBTQIA+ people and their community, relationships, intimacy and out of control sexual behaviour, counselling support for men and fathers, integrative body work, embodied psychotherapy and general mental health.
I believe that counselling and psychotherapy is for everyone. It can affect change in a person whether engaged in through crisis, during difficult times, through seeking support with life events, or life challenges; as well as for those wishing to engage in personal development. I am committed to the provision of a competent and compassionate counselling service, and I will provide a consistent, private space where I hope you will feel able to talk about whatever is on your mind. Knowing that you are heard in confidence, listened to without judgement, and feeling safe and supported. Please email me for more information, I am happy to answer any questions you have. Kind regards, Erich"
