Everyone who comes through the door is met with a warm welcome and a safe, confidential space to explore what problems they are struggling with. Her approach is integrative which means that no one size fits all and techniques and supports that are offered vary from person to person.
By working together, she believe that people can come up with their own solutions when given the space to explore a problem from different perspectives and make informed choices on what is best for them. She works with a range of issues including; anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self esteem, work issues, life transitions, self-neglect/hoarding behaviours, addiction, trauma, abuse and feeling stuck.
Gráinne sees individuals for sessions that are one hour in duration at The Iveagh Practice.
