How can we help?
Jenny is a qualified psychotherapist. She holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Master of Arts in Psychotherapy, both from Dublin Business School. She is a certified associate of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP).
Jenny's humanistic and integrative approach to psychotherapy means that she believes in meeting
individuals where they are, understanding their unique experiences, and tailoring therapy to suit their specific needs. Her approach to therapy integrates person-centred, existential and psychodynamic theories of psychotherapy.
She provides supportive, non-judgmental psychotherapy for individuals aged 18 and above. She assists clients facing a diverse range of problems, including:
- Relationship problems
- Low self-esteem
Jenny has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing grief, bereavement, and loss. She understands the complex and unique nature of these experiences and offers a compassionate space to process the emotions relating to loss and to begin to learn how to grow around grief, while remembering and honouring the loss.
Furthermore, Jenny welcomes clients exploring their sexuality and gender identity, fostering an inclusive and affirming environment for self-exploration and understanding.
