Lisa is a MIACP qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.  She holds a Diploma and BA (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Lisa’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that we all have the ability to let go, move forward, and embrace change. Her primary goal is to help clients alleviate mental, emotional, and physical pain as they navigate their life journeys. Throughout the therapeutic process, Lisa aims to empower clients to uncover their inner strength while guiding them on a safe path of self-discovery.

Mental, emotional, and psychological upset often strikes without warning, triggered by factors such as anxiety, depression, stress, confidence and self-esteem issues, relationship problems, life challenges, bullying, illness, chronic pain, trauma, loss and family estrangement.
