I am a fully qualified Accredited Psychotherapist and reiki master working with people of all ages in both these practices for 20 years.
I believe the mind-body connection is key in the psychotherapeutic process.
I provide a safe, confidential, empathic space where I help people work through their triggers, patterns, behaviours , in which they may feel stuck, unheard or unseen.
I have worked significantly in a number of areas such as LGBTQAI+, family dynamics, stress management, anxiety, adoption, bereavement, sexual abuse, addiction, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
My fee is 80 euro per session.
