Practitioners Maeve Halpin

Maeve compiled the book “How to be Happy and Healthy – the Seven Natural Elements of Mental Health” to give people the tools to take control of their own mental health, decreasing dependence on doctors, chemists and medication alone. While professional medical help is often essential in the short term, developing the skills of healthy living, self-awareness and mindful self-care means that the potential for psychological independence and emotional freedom is available to everyone.
