How can we help?
Psychotherapy
I am a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist, offering a confidential and non-judgemental space where you can pause and explore your lived experience with care and attention.
You may be experiencing challenges or you may have a sense that something inside feels strained, stuck, disconnected, or quietly out of balance, even if life appears to be functioning well on the outside. Psychotherapy can provide a space to slow down and reflect on what may be happening beneath the surface. This can support greater awareness, capacity and meaning to unfold over time.
My approach is humanistic, client-centred, and relational at its core. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches in response to your emerging needs. I aim to create a calm and attuned therapeutic environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, bodily experience, and personal history at a pace that feels safe.
I work with adults navigating stress, anxiety, depression, loss, grief, relationship or work-related challenges, life transitions, and personal development.
I have a particular interest in body-oriented approaches, exploring how experience is held in the body and working gently to support regulation and connection.
I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and a member of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland.
Originally from Istanbul, I lived in Dublin since 2003.
I offer 50-minute sessions in Dublin and online. My fee is €50.
