Who we are

The Iveagh Practice is operated by Shelly Flanagan, a psychotherapist based at 13 Fade Street, Dublin 2 and 37 Wexford Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. You can contact us at info@theiveaghpractice.ie or 087 779 2643.

What data we collect

We collect personal information when you:

  • Submit a "Find a Therapist" enquiry (name, email, phone, and your preferences)
  • Submit a "Rent a Room" enquiry (name, email, phone, discipline, accreditation)
  • Send us a message via the contact form

We do not collect payment information directly. Bookings are handled via individual practitioners' Cal.com accounts, subject to their own privacy policies.

How we use your data

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to introduce you to an appropriate practitioner. We do not use your data for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties outside of what is necessary to handle your enquiry.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (you voluntarily submit it via our forms) and our legitimate interest in responding to service enquiries.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing info@theiveaghpractice.ie.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
