The therapy rooms are perfect for counselling, psychotherapy, life coaching and other 1:1 meeting style therapies. Our therapy centres have well presented, professional and tastefully furnished rooms, on the first, second and third floors at Fade Street and the first and second floors at Wexford Street, with access by stairs only - there is no lift. The spacious rooms are furnished with comfortable chairs and cushions for both therapist and client. Some of the rooms are used as treatment rooms for treatments such as acupuncture, energy healing and other wellness practices.

The Iveagh Practice has two therapy centres, both are conveniently and centrally located in Dublin 2, one at 37 Wexford Street and the other at 13 Fade Street. Around both of our city therapy centres, there are lots of local amenities and facilities, with excellent transport links and paid parking close by.

We offer very affordable rates for clinic rooms in the city centre with the option of referrals for online and in person therapy. We welcome both accredited and pre-accredited therapists with public liability insurance.

The rooms at the Iveagh Practice are available on an ongoing basis and rent is payable monthly in advance with just one months notice required to leave.

How renting a room works

1. Send the enquiry form with the days and time slot you need.
2. Arrange a viewing of the room.
3. Choose the full day (8am to 10pm) or a half day slot (8am to 3pm or 3pm to 10pm).
4. The room is yours on an ongoing basis. Rent is payable monthly in advance, and one month's notice is needed to leave.

37 Wexford Street and 13 Fade Street are both in Dublin 2. See each page for the address, transport and parking. Access to the rooms is by stairs only in both buildings, and there is no lift.

Questions from therapists renting a room

Do I need to be accredited?

No. We welcome both accredited and pre-accredited therapists. You do need public liability insurance.

Can I rent a room for part of a day?

Yes. You can rent a room for the full day, 8am to 10pm, or in half day slots from 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

The rooms are available on an ongoing basis. Rent is payable monthly in advance, and we ask for just one month's notice if you want to leave.

Can I choose which building?

Yes. Tell us on the form whether you prefer Fade Street or Wexford Street, or have no preference.

Do you have rooms for treatments or couples work?

Some of our rooms are used as treatment rooms for acupuncture, energy healing and other wellness practices. Tell us on the form if you need a massage table or work with couples, and we will find the right room.
