Martin O'Gorman
I provide a warm, non-judgemental and affirming space for individuals and couples to explore whatever is happening in their lives, relationships or sense of self.
I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the IACP. My approach is client-led, with Person-Centred Therapy at its core, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches depending on what is most useful for you. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process: you bring your experience of your life, while I bring my training, perspective and therapeutic tools.
My practice is inclusive and affirming, and I work extensively with LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. I have particular experience supporting people around gender identity and sexuality, relationships, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, kink, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationships with substances or behaviours, including chemsex.
You don’t need to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what is wrong, what you want to change, or even what you want to talk about. We can figure that out together. My aim is to provide a space where you can speak openly without judgement, better understand yourself and the patterns affecting your life, and explore changes that feel meaningful to you.
I work with adults and couples, with both in-person and online sessions available.
Contact me via WhatsApp (preferred) or email, and we can take it from there.
