Linda Rodgers

Psychotherapist

Linda holds a BSc (Hons) degree in counselling and psychotherapy and has been working with clients for over four years. She is a an accredited member of the IACP, and has furthered her knowledge base in several areas including working with addiction, self-harm, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and eating disorders. Linda works in a humanistic integrative way, drawing from various therapeutic models such as CBT, psychodynamic, and existential therapies through a humanistic framework. This means that respect for the client and their autonomy is first and foremost, the aim being to create a safe and non-judgemental space for the client to explore their lives and inner workings. Getting the most out of therapy involves both trust and honesty, and providing an environment where both of these can be cultivated is a cornerstone of Linda's approach.
